We use the anti-spill cap and the tamper-evident seal for two reasons:
- To ensure the consumer that the oil inside the bottle is always the
ours, as once placed it is no longer possible to remove and replace it
the oil with another; but also to immediately notice if a bottle has already been
open. - Italian law requires all restaurateurs to serve bottles of oil with
this type of cap.
A little tip: every time you go to a restaurant, check that the bottle has it. If it doesn't, RUN AWAY!
